Payment terms for services provided by Pocono Rabbit Farm & Laboratory:

Generally, either a purchase order or a credit card number is required before starting any project, as requested on the Client Information Form. 

Traditional Protocols:

PRF&L will generally invoice at the end of the month for services provided during the month.  Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.  Credit cards are generally charged one week after the invoice date.

All 91 Day Protocol and Mighty Quick Protocols:

- > Credit Cards

1. PRF&L will charge the credit card for any pre-protocol services such as peptide synthesis, conjugation, or preimmune screening when the animals are started.
2. PRF&L will charge the credit card again for the entire 91 Day Protocol or Mighty Quick Protocol when the first immune bleeds are shipped.
3. Optional Project extensions are charged periodically, generally at least every month for extended projects.
4. Concurrent and post protocol laboratory services are generally charged when the product is shipped.

- > Purchase Orders

1. PRF&L will invoice any pre-protocol services such as peptide synthesis, conjugation, or preimmune screening when the animals are started, along with the 91 Day Protocol or Mighty Quick Protocol at day 0 of the animal protocol. 
2. Payment will be due before any immune sera is shipped
3. Optional Project extensions are charged periodically, generally every month.  Payment is net 30 days.
4. Concurrent and post protocol laboratory services, such as ELISA and purifications, are invoiced when the product is shipped.

Laboratory services and other products

Credit card is required for all orders with value under $200.00

Generally, the credit card is charged or the invoice sent when the product is shipped.

Pocono Rabbit Farm and Laboratory appreciates prompt payment on all accounts.  Pocono Rabbit Farm & Laboratory reserves the right to suspend the protocol and shipments if the account is more than 45 days past due.
